Your Key Contributions

• Maintain and manage customer accounts with precision and care
• Process orders payments and resolve any account issues
• Provide exceptional customer service including handling enquiries and offering solutions
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback directly from customers to improve services and customer experience
• Stay uptodate with new products and features

Education and Experience Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in the home technology industry is a plus
