Our approach includes partnering with couriers that are local heroes to provide a better customer experience investing in technology to bundle and optimize routing leveraging our technical expertise to enhance route efficiency and load management and collaborating with freelance or employed riders. We are looking for a full stack engineer to help our engineering team build the sustainable delivery platform of the future.

Tasks

You will be responsible for

• Building new highquality features for our apidriven delivery platform (primarily in NestJS but also in Go).
• Troubleshooting debugging and supporting our delivery platform.
• Working with the team to brainstorm and document solutions to some of our challenging problems.
• Maintaining our Angular frontends (5% of workload).
• Maintaining our Retool support application (1% of workload).
• Communicating regularly with the rest of the team regarding your progress blockers and completed tasks.
• Contribute to our technical documentation (primarily internal)
• Contribute to an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• You have been a fulltime professional software engineer for at least 4 years.
• You have a professional level of English.
• You have a positive and enthusiastic outlook.
• You are a team player.
• You are familiar with at least two backend programming languages.
• You are familiar with apidriven backends.
• You have a little bit of experience with Angular.
• You are comfortable working with MongoDB as your primary data store.
• You have experience with automated testing.
• You have some experience with eventdriven microservices.
• You have a little bit of experience with Angular.
• You enjoy working in a fastpaced selfdirected startup environment.
• Your time zone should be 2 hours CET.
• Experience in the transport industry a plus.
• DevOps experience with AWS and GitLab is a plus.

The following steps are included in our hiring process:

1. We will review your application and respond as quickly as possible.
2. (1530 minutes) Video call to get to know you a little better align with your career goals and understand your background.
3. (1 hour) Video interview with the engineering team to learn more about you and how you work.
4. (1.5 2 hours) Technical assessment with our Technical Lead Maxim. You will have the choice of a live coding exercise or a takehome project with a call to explain your thinking.
5. (30 minutes) Call with one of our founders to learn more about our mission and your contribution.
6. Offer extended! If you are interested in talking to more potential coworkers or have additional questions we will also arrange any additional chats for you.
