Tasks

In your daytoday you will be responsible for:

Financing transactions and processes for internationally located real estate

Work in close coordination with other teams

Obtain financing offers and term sheets and negotiate them

Negotiate loan agreements

Carry out risk assessments and recommend them to the internal investment committee for conclusion

Cooperate in the provision of collateral

Ensure the fulfilment of CP (Condition Precedent) and loan disbursement

Review covenants and meet reporting obligations to lenders

Maintain and expand our financing network

Take care of the general management of financing commitments

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:

You have experience within the market followup of a mortgage bank or in the corporate finance of a real estate company or in the real estate advisory of an auditing company

You have at least a C1 level of English (mandatory)

You have a degree in Business Law Business Administration or Law or in a similar area

You have a strong service attitude

You have good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.

Youre precise methodic collaborative and solutionoriented

Youre based in Spain or are willing to relocate
