We are seeking a persuasive empathetic and professional sales closer who will be trained to close deals with a unique probing and introspection method that only big psychologists use.You will be connecting with potential clients through video calls and guiding them toward their journey of PCOS reversal through our unique solution.This is a position with a competitive commissionbased pay structure offering significant earning potential to high performers.ResponsibilitiesYou will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said you will be expected to open enough calendar space to hit approximately 100 calls/month through inbound leads.You will also be expected to complete your morning and endofday tasks between Monday Saturday.You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack 10:00 am7 pm IST daily.This is not an easy job but it pays well. To earn the income thats possible for you here you must be willing to put in hours honing your craft and doing everything you can to1) generate opportunities 2) close them. You must be hungry.You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers but still important.youre tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore YOU must live up to your own high standards.QualificationsProven experience as a sales closer or similar role in a targetdriven sales environment of at least 1 yearExcellent verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct effective and persuasive video calls.Exceptional active listening and problemsolving skills to understand the clients needs and propose a relevant solutionAbility to empathize with clients and build trust.Strong work ethic selfmotivated and able to work in a remote environmentExperience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales successStrong negotiation skillsCompensation:A fixed salary of Rs20000The incentive will start from the 5th sale onwardsAn 8 percent commission on 58th sale which is 4*400000A 9 percent commission if the closing reaches 15 sales 11*400000A 10 percent commission if the closing reaches 20 sales 16*400000A 12.5 percent commission if the closing reaches 30 sales 26*
