Job Description: Qatar Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value they receive from our offerings. Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are utilizing our products effectively and achieving their desired outcomes - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, taking proactive measures to address any issues - Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer health and engagement Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Innovative mindset with a strong problem-solving ability - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
