This is a remote position.
- Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
- Data quality control and screening errors
- Statistical analysis and report generation
Requirements
- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Material Science Microelectronics Engineering Mechanical Engineering Optical Engineering Chemistry or Physics. "BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS"
- Handson experience on SEM/TEM.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes.
- 46yrs of experience.
BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. "BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS"- Hands-on experience on SEM/TEM. Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes. 4-6yrs of experience.
