Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Herndon VA or remote from VA MD DC PA NJ IL NC SC GA FL TX WA
Terms: FullTime/Permanent
Citizenship: Due to federal ITAR regulations our client is only permitted to consider US Citizens for this role.

OVERVIEW
This fulltime Project Manager role is responsible for the implementation of systems comprising Exostars major product lines for our clients customers. This role is directly responsible for successful customer outcomes leveraging Exostar technology for projects with budgets between $50k and $5m and duration between 3 to 24 months.
A critical success factor for the position will be to establish longterm consultative relationships with customers and to leverage our learning and intellectual property into a sustainable and differentiated value proposition for the Company. This role requires a technical and selfmotivated individual who is resultsoriented has excellent communication skills exhibits a high degree of corporate maturity is absolutely committed to client relationship and integrity and requires little oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive successful outcomes for assigned projects and our customers across multiple concurrent highprofile professional services projects
- Keep detailed project plans to coordinate project activities across different teams
- Track and report on progress of project deliverables
- Consistently monitor potential risks & issues and proactively drive mitigation and remediation plans
- Establish customer expectations and ensure they are met or exceeded
- Manage projects to agreedon budgets in terms of hours subcontractor hours and other costs
- Supervise subcontracted resources to ensure quality and ontime onbudget delivery
- Provide leadership and direction to team members through all phases of execution
- Develop a strong working rapport with customers and team members
- Provide clear communication on project status budgets and risks/issues to PS management & company executives
- Occasionally assist with presales activities including project estimation project scope definitions proof of concepts and other technical sales support
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successfully managed multiple customerfacing professional services projects for enterpriseclass customers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problemsolving and conflictresolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Technologically savvy
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Business or similar field
- Must be U.S. Citizen per client requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions to customers
