This is request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow applications and specifically the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) application for multiple projects within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
6 years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
5 years experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs) notifications and reporting
Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process Agile and Scrum methodologies.
5 years experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
3 years experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST SOAP and other APIs.
Ability to estimate software development efforts.
