AWS Solution Architect

Role :: AWS Solution Architect
Location :: Hoboken NJ
Duration :: Contract (long term)

Role Description: Installation monitor troubleshoot resources in Amazon web services and migrate from private to public cloud.

Essential Skills:

• Should be able to work handon as well as with teams in multiple locations to implement the solution.
• Good knowledge and handson experience on EC2 S3 RDS ELB Squid proxy solution Lambda Terraform Python Athena Cloudfront Docker Kubernetes.
• Good handson application migration experience from private network to Amazon cloud majority on RHEL platform.
• Good handson experience with Amazon APIs(Python/PowerShell/any one of SDK API) for integration.
• Good handon knowledge in IaC for IaaS and PaaS services of AWS.
• Should have knowledge in github
• Should be open to do oncall (on rotation) on weekends and dynamic shift timing (we cover Australia UK & US timezones).
• Should be able to work with clients application team and plan for application migration from private to public Amazon cloud.
• Should be able to handle the post migration activities like monitoring backup etc..
• Should be able to troubleshoot AWS issues and solutions implemented.
• Should have good understanding and handson experience in Python terraform lambda deployment.
• Should have working knowledge on Athena query construction.
• Past handon experience with containers (docker & Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Having good knowledge on Cloud cost management.
