Job Description

Description:

This role can be based out of the New York Metro Area Dallas or Chicago**

Design and deliver change impacts change plan communication artifacts plan and key messages and training strategy plan and materials
Develop SharePoint and craft communication artifacts such as emails presentations and FAQs to inform stakeholders about upcoming changes.
Design a training strategy and develop materials to educate employees on the changes and how to adapt to them.
Map key leadership stakeholders across functions and sectors and steers programlevel engagements and tailored interventions to mitigate adoption risks
Collaborate and partner across functions and divisions within our sector teams
Establish standardized metrics to measure cultural and talent readiness employee adoption and effectiveness of change planning
Facilitate stakeholder sessions such as office hours webinars program and training events to drive stakeholder engagement.


Minimum Qualifcations:

Bachelor s Degree required preferably in HR I&LR Org Development and Leadership or another related field
Minimum of 5 years of HR/OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working expeDemonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment partnering with multiple business functions
Demonstrated client relationship skills
Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
