Oncology RN essential functions include but are not limited to:Collaboration with other health professionals assessment & analyzing assessment dataEstablishing goals planning care strategy establishing priorities of care implementing careDelegating tasks safely providing safe direct and indirect nursing care evaluating responses to interventionsPerforming additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.Performing pulse oximetry monitoring and computer skills.Norman Regional provides generous benefits for their employees who they call healers. - Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) Preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare field Preferred
- Oncology experience Required
- BLS Required
