Position Overview:

Our team is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst who can contribute to the success of our projects by bridging the gap between software users and developers. If you are a seasoned professional with a track record of successful project management extensive experience in the software application domain and a passion for utilizing information technology to solve business problems we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Requirements and Specification: Study the software application domain preparing comprehensive software requirements and specification documents.
• Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between software users and developers effectively conveying user demands coordinating changes and ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders.
• System Analysis and Design: Specialize in analyzing designing and implementing information systems. Assess the suitability of information systems liaising with endusers software vendors and programmers to achieve desired outcomes.
• Change Management: Serve as a change agent identifying organizational improvements designing systems to implement changes and training and motivating others to utilize the systems effectively.
• Project Management: Provide guidance to large teams utilizing extensive industry experience to manage multiple entity project teams from development through successful production implementation of all software and hardware tasks.
• Infrastructure Rollout Projects: Develop and document complex multidisciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment. Utilize industrystandard system life cycle methodologies and collaborate with crossagency staff to implement projects successfully.
• Team Building and Communication: Demonstrate effective team building facilitation communication and presentation skills. Work collaboratively with diverse groups to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing multiple entity project teams from development through successful production implementation of all software and hardware tasks.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with multientity project teams in the development through successful implementation of multiyear application development and infrastructure projects.
• Experience using industrystandard tools and techniques in a Business Analyst role.
• 5 years of experience developing and documenting complex multidisciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment.
• 2 years of experience in effective team building facilitation and effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.
