Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business analysts solution architects and senior technical consultants to implement bestofclass MDM solutions Actively participate in business requirements gathering sessions and understand client requirements Understand global MDM data model
- Understand and participate in designing/developing information workflows
- Design and Develop MDM and Java code to satisfy the requirements and the designed solution Perform unit functional and integration testing of developed solution
- Support integration efforts of systems and data through application consolidation / migration / conversion application integration and data integration
- Create release documents and help build and deploy code across servers
- Debug critical technical issues and provide prompt resolutions
- Highlight technical issues and challenges and propose creative solutions to clients and senior management
- Work independently on assigned modules without much supervision
- Understand the strategic direction as it relates to project goals and develop global MDM solution that aligns with project goals
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in software services of which at least 4 years working experience in IBM MDM Server
- Development Experience in IBM MDM Advanced Edition
- Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization includes Extension Addition Business Proxies Suspect Duplicate Processing (SDP) MatchMerge Rules Event Manager and Notification Framework
- Exposure to MDM Information Domains including Party Agreement and Location.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Java development background and experience with RSA / RAD IDE Web Services (SOAP) XML XSD and WSDL
- Development experience with DB2 and SQL Server databases
- IBM MDM Server Product upgrade experience
