The Talent Acquisition Coordinator reporting to the Director Talent Attraction is responsible for supporting and improving the recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance the candidate and new hire experience. This position will coordinate intake meetings interviews debrief meetings and new employee orientations. Additionally the TA Coordinator serves as a brand ambassador on LinkedIn and at local university events to continue to build the clients US employer brand. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail a continuous improvement mindset an understanding of the current talent market and a willingness to learn.
