Job Title: Digital Designer WDX

Location: Newark NJ/Hybrid

Duration: 6 months Contract

Rate: $88 Hourly

Description:

As an Digital Designer you will...

Concept and develop creative across the entire workplace and employee experience including inperson live events and wellbeing activations through static and animated assets.

Translate internal content for external expression across our social channels and our Careers site.

Design assets that appear in email newsletters on our intranet on digital signage and print collateral.

Adapt consumer promotional and video content for our largescale lobby displays.

Edit existing static graphic templates evolve them and create new ones.

Work with project manager to effectively prioritize work for ontime delivery.

Ensure design and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in graphic design or a similar field.

36 years of graphic design experience.

An available online portfolio of graphic design showing a refined typographic sensibility.

Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and PowerPoint.

Basic understanding of web display and print technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Express.

Proficiency in developing storyboards and visually communicating motion concepts.

Experience with preflight and file setup for print.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with largescale environmental displays.

Experience shooting and editing photography.

Experience in shooting and editing video.

Experience with using Generative AI tools to enhancing output or workflow.
