As part of our commitment to excellence we are seeking a diligent Technical Documentation Control Associate to join our dynamic Engineering department.
Position: Technical Documentation Control Associate
Location: Fully Remote (With occasional team meetings in Chennai India)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with international clientelle
- Manage and maintain technical documentation including flows specifications and procedures
- Ensure accuracy completeness and consistency of documentation
- Organize and update document control systems to facilitate efficient retrieval and distribution of information
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and verify technical information
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of document control processes and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any stream
- Strong command over english
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
