Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss updates and new opportunities
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Prepare and present reports on client performance
• Resolve client issues and escalate as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
• Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of financial principles and practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment
