We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Dynamic CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Dynamic CRM Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry to join our team. As a Dynamic CRM Specialist you will be responsible for implementing customizing and maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to meet the needs of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with the specific requirements of our real estate business.
- Develop and maintain CRM workflows forms and templates to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Configure and integrate thirdparty applications with Dynamics CRM to enhance functionality and usability.
- Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to analyze data and provide insights into sales and marketing activities.
- Customize CRM reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and measure the success of business initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM processes to streamline operations and improve user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in customizing Dynamics CRM entities forms workflows and plugins.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining CRM systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Experience with integrating thirdparty applications and tools with Dynamics CRM.
- Familiarity with real estate business processes and terminology is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus.
