- Independent implementation of user-centered UX concepts and prototypes
- Development of aesthetic & high-quality UI designs for platforms, apps and other digital solutions
- Support in setting up and further developing a scalable design system
- Planning & carrying out usability tests with subsequent evaluation & implementation of the insights gained
- Continuous development and optimization of the UX of our digital solutions
- Close collaboration in an agile environment with the development team, internal departments and external service providers
