We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Manager for Social Media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent writing and communication skills. As a Content Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness drive traffic and foster engagement with our audience.
*Responsibilities:*
1. *Content Strategy:* Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
2. *Content Creation:* Create compelling and engaging content including posts graphics videos and other multimedia formats for various social media platforms.
3. *Content Calendar:* Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content across all social media channels.
4. *Community Engagement:* Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions across social media platforms to foster community engagement and build brand loyalty.
5. *Analytics and Reporting:* Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns and make datadriven decisions to optimize future strategies.
6. *Trend Monitoring:* Stay updated on industry trends platform updates and emerging technologies to incorporate into our social media strategy.
7. *Collaboration:* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing design and product development to align social media content with overall brand initiatives.
8. *Campaign Management:* Plan and execute social media campaigns contests and promotions to drive user participation and achieve marketing objectives.
9. *Brand Voice:* Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms to ensure brand integrity and resonance with the target audience.
10. *Influencer Partnerships:* Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement on social media.
11. *Adaptability:* Adapt quickly to changes in social media algorithms trends and user behavior to optimize content performance and maximize ROI.
12. *Content Optimization:* Implement SEO best practices to optimize social media content for search visibility and discoverability.
Requirements
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or related field.
Proven experience in social media management preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.
Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies.
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
Office Location : 243 2nd floor Gujranwala town Part3 near model town metro station
Salary range : 30 to 35k per month
Skill Set 1. Good knowledge of accounting, Income Tax, GST, Companies Act 2. Good knowledge of using Excel, Google spreadsheet, Tally, Computax 3. Good communication and presentation skills
