Job Description

- Set up and operate vacuum deposition equipment, including loading and unloading substrates, installing/removing chamber tooling fixtures and vacuum deposition components (e.g. pumps, mass flow controllers, pressure gauges, etc.)
- Prepare substrates for deposition by cleaning and pre-treating them according to established procedures
- Monitor and control deposition processes to ensure consistent and high-quality film deposition
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of vacuum deposition equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and optimize deposition processes for specific applications
- Perform routine inspections and measurements to verify film thickness, uniformity, and adhesion
