Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process including job postings resume screening and scheduling interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for new hires
Manage social media platforms to attract potential candidates and promote job openings
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process providing updates and answering questions
Research and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in HR systems such as ADP or Salesforce
Skills:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
Proficiency in using HR sourcing tools and techniques to identify qualified candidates
Ability to conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Experience in training development to create effective onboarding programs for new hires
Familiarity with social media management platforms for promoting job openings and engaging with potential candidates
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Ability to negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates
