SAP Project Manager

People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a leading consulting firm in SEA for an experienced SAP Project Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Join the brilliant team to work on SAP projects: rollout/implementation and AMS projects.
• Participating in evaluation and analytical efforts prior to project launch.
  Conducting project management operations including directing the project team to achieve goals and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Adhere to the organizations project and quality management processes and standards.
• Working with other departments to plan and assign resources for the project.
• Negotiating with clients to agree on project stages acceptance criteria communication systems and roles and duties.
• Coordinating with IT on both sides to prepare the required hardware infrastructure.
• Controlling the projects scope of work in accordance with the agreed contract.
• Handling incoming requests in accordance with company procedures.
• Creating plans to ensure project handover quality.
• Developing plans to prevent and mitigate hazards throughout project implementation.
• Supervising and inspiring project team members to stick to timetables.
• Following each stage review and reevaluate the project plan.
• Evaluating the results of project participants upon project closure.
  
• Sharing project results and lessons gained with the relevant departments.

Requirements:

• University degrees in relevant fields.
• Having PMP certification is preferable.
• Managed one or two ERP implementation/rollout projects including support and development.
• Proficient in English.
• Solid understanding of project management processes.
• Proficient with at least one project management tool.
• Strong communication presentation and negotiating skills.
• Proficient in job distribution.
• Ability to motivate coworkers.
