What you will do:
- Lead and develop a team of translators ensuring the team delivers high quality content efficiently and in line with the workflows.
- Ensure quality and timeliness objectives are met in the global research content development workflow and projects handled by the team. Regularly check translators' work by reviewing documents.
- Dive deeply into the issues, identify gaps and emerge with rational guidelines that improve the quality of content.
- Develop strong process knowledge and identify areas for constant optimization and growth.
