Position
As an Analyst Knowledge Management at Merilytics you will be supporting the KM Lead in strategizing and implementing a strong Knowledge Management (KM) program and processes. This includes designing and maintaining KM systems as well as overseeing document and content management. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to understand capture and document knowledge and proprietary content generated by the company. They should also be adept at handling timebound requests and managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of Analyst Knowledge Management will include the below:
Support the KM Lead in streamlining the knowledge base developing strategies and maintaining the KM database to leverage internal knowledge effectively.
Identify innovative approaches to enhance collaboration and knowledge exchange across business units and the company as a whole.
Assist in creating case studies and other knowledge resources by coordinating with project owners and conducting knowledge handover sessions.
Upload categorize and maintain knowledge resources in repositories with proper metadata structure to ensure easy accessibility.
Conduct thorough quality checks on documents to ensure structural integrity content accuracy appropriate tone formatting consistency and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts project managers and the KM Lead to facilitate timely retrieval of information and maintain uptodate mapping of people projects functional areas tools and subject matter expertise.
Create promotional material on Canva and support the KM lead in organizing the KM events like Hackathons Quizzes and Contests; all events are held at a company level.
Prerequisites and skillsets required to apply for this role:
6 months to 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management with startups or midsize companies
Experience of working with Microsoft tools Power Point word excel etc.
Knowledge and understanding of KM techniques and industry best practices
Exposure to different KM tools would be a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to managing stakeholders at different levels within the organization
