Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed CAD drawings and models of parts and components based on provided samples and specifications.
2. Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings ensuring adherence to design standards and specifications.
3. Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure the functionality manufacturability and quality of designed components.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineers and production staff to refine designs and resolve designrelated issues.
5. Proficiently use Siemens NXCAD for part modelling assembly mold design drafting and CAD/CAM programming as needed.
6. Conduct design reviews to ensure designs meet performance requirements manufacturing capabilities and cost targets.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and production teams during the fabrication and assembly process.
8. Maintain accurate documentation and records of design iterations revisions and specifications.
9. Adhere to company policies procedures and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in CAD design with proficiency in AutoCAD and Siemens NXCAD.
Strong knowledge and understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
Experience in CAD/CAM programming is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
