Project Manager Assignment Overview Project manager needed for a multi year HCM Systems implementation focused on phase 1: payroll and timekeeping.
Requirement Detail/Qualifications Hybrid Schedule 3 days in the office. Milwaukee is strongly preferred but can consider Paramus NJ. Actual schedule will be determined with the candidate.
8 years of HR Project Management Experience Specific experience leading complex Payroll and/or Timekeeping transformations is preferred Experience leading multiple types of resources (i.e. BPOs SMEs SI partners offshore resources etc.) is required Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information systemspecific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects may involve network server or software implementation and upgrades PC deployment process improvement etc.
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation progress tracking monitoring change control process testing documentation training and ontime delivery within budget constraints.
Projects limited in number size and complexity. Usually works under the direction of a senior project/program manager. Phase 1 is through Next August Phase 2 will begin next August and if the candidate selected is also qualified to participate in UAT and other aspects of the next phases of the project. Experience with some enterprise level tools required ERP experience preferred. Project encompasses all of North America (Canada and US).
