Experience:

• Minimum of 810 years of experience
• 4 years of experience specifically administering and using Cisco ISE platform.
• Experience in a system administration role with experience managing Unix/Linux Windows and potentially VMware vCenter platforms.
• 4 years of experience with Cisco router and switch configuration and network authentication protocols like TACACS and RADIUS.

Expert knowledge of:

• Cisco ISE configuration troubleshooting and optimization.
• Network security principles and best practices.
• Network protocols (Ethernet TCP/IP SNMP VLANs etc.).
• Building and modifying Access Control Lists

Strong understanding of:

• Device profiles (e.g. workstation printer VoIP phone) and how they are used for network access control and policy enforcement.
• Accomplishing network segmentation by utilizing Cisco ISE
• Wireless networking technologies and protocols.
• Network infrastructure components like routers switches and firewalls.
• Security concepts like authentication authorization and auditing (AAA).
• scripting languages like Python.

Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification.
• Wireless Certifications
• Switching/Routing Certifications
