Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solar PV Permit Designer to join our team. For this role were looking for someone with experience in Photovoltaic (PV) designs. This role will create the whole Plan Set containing Panel Layouts from start to finish containing Site Plans/Layouts Structural Plans Single/threeline Diagrams BOMs Elevation Details Batteries Interconnection Survey Layout Photos and Panel Placement with accuracy under the required SLA.



Requirements

Qualification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Civil Electronics) or any related courses
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
  • Preferably with a minimum of 2 or more years in the solar industry or any related work experience.
  • Strong knowledge on PV System Design
  • Proficient in Google Workspaces
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills

Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
