Position: Customer Service Executive (CSE)

Location: Kilpauk Chennai Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Fulltime Fresher

Salary: From 15000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Night Shift (Fixed shift: 6.30 PM to 4.00 AM)
  • 6 days per week
  • US Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will assist clients contact vendors and perform various administrative tasks to support our real estate operations. While not the main focus knowledge in accounts is preferred to provide assistance to the Accounts team when needed. This role is suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers with a keen interest in customer support.


Requirements

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Provide outstanding support to clients addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
    Vendor Contact: Liaise with vendors as necessary coordinating activities and services to support business operations.
  • Administrative Support: Undertake office administration tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office environment.
  • Accounts Assistance (Secondary): Assist the Accounts team with basic accounting tasks as needed though this is not the primary responsibility.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree (Required).
  • Experience: 1 year in customer support preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Background: Preferably with an understanding or background in Accounts.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (Required)

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
