Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is searching for a detailoriented and datasavvy Marketing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team!

In this role you will:

• Use your skills in Excel to analyze information from marketing campaigns and other records. This information will then be turned into easytounderstand reports and charts (dashboards) that everyone can use.
  

• Help the Google Ads team make the most of their campaigns. This will lead to better results and a clearer understanding of who our target audience is.
  

• Use your problemsolving skills to suggest ways to improve our marketing processes and create clear guidelines (policies) to follow.
  

• CreateExcel dashboards (visual reports) that clearly show whats happening with our client s marketing efforts. This will help everyone make better decisions based on facts.
  

Requirements

Who are we looking for

• You have at least 2 years of experience working with data analytics and Excel
  

• You have the ability to tell the difference between good and bad marketing leads from call center data and by listening to recorded calls.
  

• You have experience with CallRail and Looker Studio(a plus!)
  

• You have the ability to combine information from different sources into one place (like a spreadsheet or Looker Studio).
  

• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English)
  

• Comfortable talking to clients on the phone
  

• A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  

• Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
  

• Strong internet connection and video conferencing tools.
