Ignite Your Impact: Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review finalize and continually update the company manual policies and all other HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with changing regulations and business needs.
  • Lead the talent acquisition process including defining job requirements sourcing potential candidates managing interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Implement and manage administrative procedures effectively address grievances and devise strategies to improve employee satisfaction and wellbeing.
  • Take ownership of company training procedures staff onboarding processes and continual learning opportunities that align with company and staff goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of UK labor and employment laws ensuring that the company is fully compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Partner with our HR consulting company (Peninsula) to provide comprehensive HR support and ensure smooth HR administration for the UK team.
  • Work closely with other members of the Administration Management and Leadership Teams building strong relationships that help to drive the company forward.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all HR reports and provide insights to management based on HR metrics.

Fuel Your Success: Qualifications and Skills Required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK labor and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department and staff members.
  • Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and office software.
