Job Description:

- The pay range for this fulltime position is xx238000xx264000 annually.

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (05 years of residency) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
- Active CO license HIGHLY PREFERRED
- COVID Vaccinated REQUIRED

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Colorado

Weekend Requirements : 1:9 phone call only
