The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR operations HR policies HR processes Learning & Development and training. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organizations goals and objectives while fostering a positive work culture and employee engagement.
