Role: Commercial Manager
Experience: 5 Years
Location: New Delhi
CTC: Negotiable
Minimum Qualification :B.Tech
Payroll Randstad
Roles and responsibilities for the position:
Responsible for managing contracts.
Negotiating contracts including commercial and financial issues.
Preparing revisions and amendments to the contracts.
Contract Auditing and reporting to higher Management.
Monitor amendments or potential breaches of contract.
Contract dispute resolution
Monitor Vendor performance.
Risk management related to the contract / project.
May be required to visit Employers office / Site.
Key Result or Contribution Area of the position
Time management Discipline Ability to work with accuracy and work within deadline
Experience in the areas of:
Experience of handling contracts independently.
Experience of Vendor Evaluation.
Administrative knowledge.
