Key Responsibilities :
HR Information System management
Attendance and leave administration
Insurance and health oversight contract preparation employee evaluations and participation in staff engagement programs.
Ensuring compliance and maintaining comprehensive documentation
Providing essential support to the Head of HR across various HR initiatives and processes.
5 years of experience working in an HR role.
Experience in an international multicultural organization would be an advantage.
Under general guidance from the Head of HR seek quotes from insurance companies to
renew the various insurance policies managed by the HR department.
Payroll & Reports Validate payroll inputs and provide backup support for the payroll processing officer as and when needed.
