Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers over the phone and chat/email
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications rates and/or availability extranet tooling usage etc. or guests with their stay and reservations
• Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners

• Professionally Fluent in Swedish & Fluent in English (B2) both orally and written
• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Previous work experience in customer service
• Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
