Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing developing and customizing MS Dynamics CRM solutions using C# and JavaScript.
• Integrating MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
• Implementing custom workflows plugins and custom actions in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Developing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures for MS Dynamics CRM.
• Participating in requirements gathering and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Performing unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing for MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed in Dynamics CRM development.
• Continuously improving and maintaining existing MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality scalable CRM solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to MS Dynamics CRM.
• Documenting technical specifications processes and procedures for MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Staying updated with the latest MS Dynamics CRM features and functionalities.
• Assisting in the deployment and migration of MS Dynamics CRM solutions across environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing and customizing MS Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of MS Dynamics CRM architecture entities forms views and web resources.
• Indepth knowledge of CRM customization configuration and extension capabilities.
• Experience in integrating MS Dynamics CRM with external systems using web services.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL Server.
• Ability to design and implement complex CRM workflows and business processes.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills in the context of MS Dynamics CRM development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
