Senior Project Manager

Due to rapid growth within the business OCU Modus (part of the OCU Group of Companies) are currently recruiting for Senior Project Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to play your part asOCU Modus brings a comprehensive range of design build and delivery services for both industrial and private clients.

Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager:

• Lead and manage multiple project teams simultaneously to ensure that specification quality and budget targets are met
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop project plans that incorporate strategic priorities and drive the achievement of business outcomes.
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedule and design objective
• Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and developing other members of the project team
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Champion safety quality and continuous improvement

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong and effective communicator
• Competent IT User (including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook)
• Have the ability to work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention to detail
• A great attitude a fantastic work ethic and a desire to learn
• A good working knowledge of operating systems word processing and data input
• Working to tight deadlines maintaining an exceptional level of customer service
