As a PreSales Engineer you will experience a diverse and dynamic day within an ICT business engaging in a blend of technical sales and customeroriented activities. This entails participating in meetings with potential or existing customers to thoroughly comprehend their needs challenges and requirements.

• Three to five years of experience in presales in a similar business or an ICTrelated environment.
  
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must for this position.
  
• A bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field is preferred.

• Participating in meetings with potential or existing customers to understand their needs challenges and requirements.
  
• Engaging in technical discussions with customers to provide insights address inquiries and offer guidance on the bestfit solutions for their specific needs.
  
• Collaborating with the sales team and other technical experts to develop customized solutions that align with customer requirements.
  
• Analyzing customer standards and business processes to design and provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers regarding the implementation configuration and integration of solutions.
  
• Assisting customers in identifying potential risks challenges and mitigation strategies related to the proposed solutions.
  
• Collaborating with customers technical teams to address any technical concerns provide clarification and offer assistance in resolving technical issues.
  
• Collaborating with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) or requests for information (RFIs).
  
• Creating solution architectures diagrams and documentation that illustrate the proposed solutions technical aspects.
  
• Estimating project timelines resource requirements and associated costs for the proposed solutions.
  
• Staying updated on the latest technology trends industry advancements and competitor offerings through continuous learning.
  
• Sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues such as sales teams and product managers to enhance their understanding of technical aspects and competitive positioning.
  
• Participating in training sessions or workshops with internal teams on specific products solutions or technical topics.
  
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as engineering and support to provide feedback on product enhancements or customer requirements.
  
• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of customer requirements project details and technical documentation.
  
• Participating in internal meetings or discussions to provide technical expertise share insights and contribute to overall business strategies.
