This is a remote position.

Quality Staffing Pro is currently seeking a HR Coordinator / Recruiter to join our team fully remotely. If you are interested in learning developing your current skills or being an apprentice in the recruitment field then apply now! Training will be provided. This is an unpaid coop role.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Phone screen candidates and ensure they are a good fit for various roles
  • Contact potential candidates via email or phone
  • Use job boards and other avenues to generate new leads
  • Present potential candidates to supervisor in written format for consideration
  • Negotiate pay rates and salaries
  • Ensure candidates meet all requirements for the position
  • Assist with other duties to gain skills in the HR field
  • Cold call/email potential leads to promote new business growth
  • Provide weekly updates on progress
  • Make recommendations for process improvements
  • Answer main phone line greet callers and take messages and/or followup as needed


Requirements

  • Strong communication written and verbal
  • Customer service skills with the ability to speak with candidates and clients directly
  • Willingness to learn recruitment/business development
  • Familiar with various job boards such as ZipRecruiter LinkedIn Indeed etc.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook OneDrive Word Excel etc.)
