Title: A&D Project/Program manager

We are seeking a skilled Project/Program Manager to spearhead the establishment of a small Project Management Office (PMO) within our clients acquisitions and divestitures (A&D) space. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and continuity of A&D projects throughout the year. The PMO Lead will be responsible for coordinating project activities maintaining project documentation and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Additionally they will oversee demand meetings support operational activities and serve as a point of contact for projectrelated inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and management of a PMO within the A&D space.
- Manage endtoend project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
- Facilitate demand meetings to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented environment.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders communicating project status milestones and dependencies.
- Support operational activities related to A&D projects including data analysis reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate upcoming demand with Turnberry team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration project management or a related field.
- Proven experience in project/program management preferably in the A&D space within Pharma.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
