NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). RTO FOR MEMORIAL DAY AND 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAYS WILL NOT BE APPROVED
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
NonBillable Orientation: 8hrs
Multipliers (OT Holiday): 1.25%

- Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Heath Unit experience Required
- Experience with Pediatric Adolescent and Adult Patients Required
- Recent travel experience
- Experience with deescalation of agitated patients
- DeEscalation Training of any kind CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications REQUIRED
- Cerner experience Required
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS and CPI Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
- CPI
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New York
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : License must be active at time of submission!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend/Holiday rotation required
On Call Requirements : No Call No Charge
