Position: O365 Systems Engineer (Teams/SharePoint/Azure)

Location: Wilmington DE (Hybrid role local candidates preferred Wilmington DE or Wayne PA)

Type: Contract to Hire

Note: This is not a DevOps role.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary escalation point for basic to complex problems identifying and resolving root causes.
• Resolve assigned tier 2 and 3 system issues within SLAs.
• Respond to client support calls emails and tickets.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration processes and controls.
• Work with vendors peers and business users in the implementation operations and troubleshooting of systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve the reliability of systems.
• Support the team in resolving system functionality issues anomalies and outages.
• Write and maintain custom scripts and processes to increase automation system efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Creation of app registrations enterprise applications and certificate renewals.
• Handle diagnostics for Azure AD sync and attributes.
• Permissioning of Graph API.
• Mailbox management including retention litigation and delegation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10 years of IT experience.
• 2 years of experience directly responsible for Teams and SharePoint Access least privileged role assignments and recovery management.
• Engineering experience with Azure Windows and Office365.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory O365 Exchange and Active Directory.
• Experience with backup solutions Cisco UCS Architecture SQL Server and Storage solutions.
• Experience with virtualization and VDI.
• Experience resolving Tier 2 and 3 system issues.
