EveryMatrix is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our highperforming Casino Commercial Division based in Malta.
As a Casino Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in advancing our business expansion endeavors with existing clients overseeing and managing performance growth activities for EveryMatrix Exclusive Games Aggregation and Gamification Products. Meeting established annual targets and spearheading initiatives for business development are paramount to excel in this position.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong longterm relationships with current operators ensuring highquality service standards and acting as an internal advocate for the client.
Actively engage with existing clients to promote our Casino products and services within the iGaming industry generating promotional campaigns and monitoring their success with EveryMatrix Games and Aggregated Content
Support product teams by identifying functionality gaps and new product requirements for the gaming vertical sharing customer feedback and industry insights.
Lead indepth monthly/quarterly performance reporting and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to clients
Manage operational issues efficiently and timely ensuring smooth service delivery to clients
Monitor individual casino sites performance and provide suggestions on how to optimize games on their sites as per Top performing data analytics in clients target region
Strive for premium onsite positioning of EveryMatrix Games and new releases
Stay informed about company products enhancements and updates upselling new products proactively as they become available.
Run tracking reporting and analysis of KPIs to be accountable for daytoday client performance.
Support marketing efforts and ensure clients are informed about all relevant news
Cooperate with internal teams such as Compliance Tech Compliance Legal Finance etc to keep hygiene of client documentation and respect regulatory requirements
Stay engaged about market trends and regional product preferences driving internal action.
Attend gamingrelated trade shows and industry events traveling to meet existing clients when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in iGaming ideally in a commercial role in B2B in Gaming development company
Genuine interest in online gaming with a good understanding of the industry and regulated markets
Passion for games and casino content features
Tenacious personality with a drive for outstanding results
Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently with excellent organization time management and prioritization skills
Strategic and businessdriven mindset with critical thinking abilities
Attention to detail adherence to deadlines and solutionoriented personality
Experience in databased performance analysis reporting and statistics
Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications good learning skills for internal applications
