Property Manager Residential Lettings Market Harborough

An exciting opportunity for a Property Manager with a passion for Residential Lettings to advance their career by joining a dedicated team in Market Harborough. The Property Manager will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive property management and tenancy support services to both landlords and tenants.

The Package
Employment Type: Fulltime
Monday Friday 9am 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am 1pm with time back in lieu
Salary: £25000 £28000 per annum dependent on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing property maintenance coordination ensuring all properties meet current legal standards (EPCs Gas Safety Certificates Electrical Safety Certificates PAT Testing).
  • Organizing inventories checkins with inventory clerks and tenants.
  • Liaising with contractors and outsourcing resources for timely and satisfactory completion of repair/maintenance works.
  • Conducting routine and additional property inspections reporting findings to landlords.
  • Creating cost schedules based on checkout reports and mediating negotiations regarding deposit releases.
  • Prompt instruction of payments for contractors deposits and landlord bills.
  • Coordinating and preparing tenancy renewals and relevant notices.
  • Upholding company standards and requirements in all tasks.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Comprehensive knowledge of current property management legislation.
  • Proven experience in property management/maintenance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment supporting and acknowledging the efforts of colleagues.
  • Possession of a full driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Excellent clientfacing communication skills professionalism and accountability.
  • Desirable experience with Alto software.
  • High level of enthusiasm and accountability with proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective keyboard skills.
