Job Title: Product Delivery Program Manager
Location: Chicago IL
Duration: Long Term Contract

Summary:
The Product Delivery Program Manager Localization will be responsible for supporting the Client Localization & Product teams with various programs that deliver localized content to individual end users and global markets across Clientowned channels including web app email and personalization. This will involve scheduling delegating monitoring and prioritizing a number of ongoing Commercial Services priority projects overseen by Localization & Product as well as working with Program Managers and CS function leaders to deliver against the overall Localization roadmap and core business objectives.

This role will report directly to the Director of Digital Content Strategy & Localization with a strong link to the Product team as well as Design Infrastructure Platform Operations Content Operations and other crossfunctional partners.


Responsibilities
Develop improve and maintain the programs that deliver high quality multilingual content managed within an emerging headless content model across Clientowned digital channels including but not limited to web mobile app and email
Run standup or checkin meetings and help with creation of work/task tickets as necessary
Partner with crossfunctional teams to understand and document existing project activities and implement strategies to ensure prioritization monitoring and health reporting
Identify risks and issues developing within projects escalating them to appropriate leaders; identify solutions where possible
Ensure processes are uptodate and communicated to all relevant Commercial Services functions via ongoing updates and shared internal documentation
Execute release management cyclessupporting releases through testing environments and into production including defect review risk review incident management and root cause analysis
Lead or assist in the development of localization testing strategies plans cases scripts and reports
Establish and communicate localization requirements identify tasks assign and create/track project schedules
Develop internationalization strategies and localization engineering processes to ensure translatable content is captured generated and successfully posted
Assist in regular vendor assessment and RFP cycles as necessary for the purposes of enhancing current workflows and optimizing or replacing current tools
Responsible for the linkage between Localization and Commercial Services functions from a localization program management perspectiveidentifying core business requirements implementation tasks and needs
Develop best practices for TMS (Translation Management System) CMS CAT tools and APIs to optimize localization workflows
Optimize existing tools and integration to improve localization scalability and maximize efficiencies
Work closely with Product Engineering Design Digital Content Operations Platform Operations Infrastructure Cybersecurity IT GPGS and other functions to resolve technical issues related to localization workflows integrations and delivery
Thrive on improving processes and infrastructure that involve localization product delivery workflows to ensure a seamless customer experience with a focus on quality consistency and improving conversion
Demonstrate a commitment to Client core values

Required Background
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Business or similar disciplines
5 years of experience in project management and relationship management
5 years of experience managing technical implementations from initial requirements gathering to technical design testing and final deployment
5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager
Experience managing complex multilingual projects in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of XML HTML XLIFF JSON Java and other
Proven success in forming strong working partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity and comfort levels working in an agile environment
Excellent ability to multitask collaborate and communicate cross functionally
Demonstrated experience in enterprise risk and issue management including a strong understanding of compliance infrastructure and security protocols
NonEnglish language proficiency a plus
