We are looking for Social Media Manager for our office based out at Mumbai ( Lower Parel )

Job Description:
As the Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and drive traffic to our online platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling content manage social media campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize our digital presence.
- Develop and timely execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms including but not limited to You tube Instagram Facebook Twitter Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Manage all social media accounts including daily posting community management and responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams & Influencers to plan and execute social media campaigns product launches and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media trends industry news and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing beauty/fashion industry and digital technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Social Media Management
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the beauty/fashion industry.
- Indepth knowledge of social media platforms tools and analytics.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visually appealing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions is a plus.
- Passion for beauty/fashion and a strong understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
