Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of SAP CPI developers to deliver highquality integration solutions
• Design develop and implement SAP CPI integration scenarios to support business requirements
• Manage and maintain SAP CPI artifacts such as iFlows communication channels and integration processes
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand integration needs and provide effective solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues ensuring system stability and data accuracy
• Define and enforce best practices for SAP CPI development and implementation
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Participate in SAP CPI project planning resource allocation and workload prioritization
• Stay updated with the latest SAP CPI developments and recommend innovative solutions
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in SAP CPI integrations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for SAP CPI landscape and processes
• Prepare and present reports on SAP CPI project status challenges and recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
• Identify and address integration risks and dependencies to ensure project success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience in managing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) projects and teams
• Indepth knowledge of SAP CPI design development and deployment best practices
• Handson experience in configuring and troubleshooting SAP CPI integration flows and artifacts
• Strong understanding of integration patterns API management and web services
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members
• Certification in SAP Cloud Platform Integration is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies for tracking and reporting project progress
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SAP ERP and other SAP modules is preferred
• Experience in leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives for SAP CPI landscape
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and empowerment
• Understanding of security and compliance standards in SAP CPI integrations
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence positive outcomes
