Job Description

This is a remote position.

Note: This is a temp (min 6 months) position for maternity leave replacement with an opportunity to continue if relevant.

Airfleet is creating and optimizing revenuegenerating websites for tech b2b.
Our services include design development website strategy SEO conversion optimization analytics and marketing automation.
We work with the most interesting tech b2b marketers and have 45 people from all around the world.

Imagine working with the best marketers in B2B tech being responsible for the daytoday management of our clients projects and leading the endtoend elements of a project including the scope schedule budget risk quality and resources.

Thats what our MarTech project managers are doing.

Youll be working with our developers designers CRO and SEO experts and get to create and optimize revenue generating tech b2b websites.

Key responsibilities

  • Ownership of 5 or more clients some with multiple projects
  • Manage the daytoday relationship with the client including developing trust and meaningful relationship
  • Breakdown client s needs to project requirements and action plan for technical and creative teams
  • Breakdown sales proposals and turn them into a project initiation plan
  • Coordinate internal resources to execute multiple projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget
  • Define project milestones and deliverables that support the overall project
  • Demand internal processes are followed for example ensuring QA is done
  • Highlight and escalate potential risk factors ahead of time
  • Create and maintain project documentation on Asana
  • Track project progress and report weekly the status of the project to the client and heads of business


Requirements

We expect our Project Managers to have:
  • Web Development understanding You must have an excellent understanding of how web apps and websites are built (at highlevel not as a developer)
  • WordPress would be highly beneficial
  • MarTech experience with platforms such as Google Analytics WordPress Marketing Automation
  • Project management experience project breakdown task management budget management and ownership mindset
  • Project management tools Asana / Monday
  • Strong decisionmaking skills with the ability to be fully accountable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Excellent ability to listen understand and relay information from and to the client while adding value
Super bonus (not a must) for:
  • Experience working at an agency
  • Experience with leading big web design / development projects
  • Experience working with Tech B2B marketers
  • Experience with HubSpot / Marketo / Google Tag Manager / Google Search Console
